1. Click on Gear Icon

2. Click on Setup, Opens in a new tab

3. Search for “Account Team” in Quick Find box

4. Select Account Teams

5. Click on Enable Account Teams, To turn on account teams for your organization
Account Teams help multiple users to better collaborate on accounts by defining a role for each team member

6. Select this check box, To enable “Account Teams”

7. Click on Save!

8. Click on Open, to Navigate this page

9. Select checkbox in which you want to add “Team Members”
(Select the page layouts that should include the account teams related list. It won’t appear on any pages it isn’t added to)

10. Click on Save!

Salesforce Guide : How to Create Parent Accounts

1. Click on Accounts

2. Select an Account, or Create a New one

3. Click on the arrow down button, To show more actions

4. Click on View Account Hierarchy

5. You can view the entire account hierarchy
(Here you can see all the available “Parent, Child and Current” accounts)

6. Go back to your Account

7. Click on Details tab

8. To the right of the Parent Account field, Click on Pencil Icon
(To edit your “Parent Account” )

9. A pop-up window appears, containing a Search field and a list of recently viewed accounts

10. Search for the parent account by typing the name of the account in the Search field

11. From the list of results, click the name of the company to select the parent account

12. The pop-up window closes, and your selection appears in the Parent Account field

13. Click on Save!

1. Click on Reports

2. Here you’ll see there are various reports that have already been saved

3. Click on New Report
(To create a fresh report )

4. So let’s look at the leads area

(And you’ll see they have three standard reports that you can use. )

6. Select Leads

7. Click on Create

8. Find the Right Data using “Quick Find Box”
(Use Quick Find and filters to select the fields you want. Add fields and formulas to your report by double-clicking or dragging them to the preview pane )

9. You can Drag and drop these fields, to add fields to the report.

10. Set Report Format and Group Data
(Choose the format that organizes your data in the best way. For the summary, matrix, and joined reports, group data by dragging fields into designated drop zones.)

11. You need to hover on the top right side of any field

12. Here you can manage all these options
(You could delete. If you need to delete or remove a column or you can change the sorting )

13. Select a Data Field

14. Select Range
(And you can look at all different ranges)

15. You can look at all time, here are all of the different leads. Now this is just giving us basic lead information
(Then you can see some of them came from the web, some of them came from phone inquiries and partner referrals )

16. Click on Save!
(To Save your updated Report)

17. Enter Report Name

18. Click on Save

1. Click the Leads tab

2. Click the name of the lead you want to convert

3. Click on

5. In the Account Name field, either select a new account or search for an existing one
If your company uses personal accounts and the lead is an individual consumer, leave the Account Name field blank.
