  4. Click on “Incidents”
  5. Click on “All” to see a complete list of Incidents
  6. Select a type
  7. Type a keyword in the search box, and hit [Enter] to see the results
  8. ServiceNow will return with all records containing that word, regardless of where that text actually appeared
  9. You don’t need to specify which field to search. You don’t even have to know which fields are available.
